Welcome to Banter!
I’ve always been someone driven by passion, so it’s no surprise that Banter is a labour of love.
Back when I was studying in the US, I was a wide-eyed foodie- spoiled by incredible cuisines yet surrounded by quick, cheap, calorie-heavy food. Add hectic schedules and erratic eating, and I soon faced the fallout: hormonal changes, stubborn acne, and weight gain. It was a wake-up call that nudged me toward balanced, joyful eating.
I began to see food differently- not as calories to count or a science experiment to decode, but as energy that breathes life. Over time I built habits that celebrated nourishment without fear.
When I returned to India in 2019 (thankfully got home before Covid) the wholesome, vibrant choices I’d grown to love were hard to find. That’s when the idea of Banter took root: what if we created foods that make people happy, nourish the body, and fit effortlessly into everyday life?
From the start, our motto has been this clear. We have pledged to use locally sourced, high-quality ingredients and keep processing minimal so our foods feel as natural as they taste. We believe eating well isn’t about strict regimens or quick fixes-it’s about delicious, sustainable habits you’ll love for a lifetime.
What started as a one-woman kitchen is now a small but mighty team working to bring never-ending Banter to every home.
